August 1st, 2023, Isernhagen – The management and supervisory board of Inwerken AG is pleased to announce that, as of today, Holger Lexow is the new member of the board. With his many years of experience and his broad knowledge in cross-industry SAP consulting, he will undoubtedly be a valuable asset to the company.
About the new board member Holger Lexow
Holger Lexow has a remarkable career path. Before joining Inwerken, he held various positions of responsibility in well-known companies. In these, he demonstrated his know-how in carve-out projects and in the areas of SAP consulting, quality and project management. In recent years, as in-house authorized signatory, division manager for SAP consulting and site manager in Rudolstadt (in Thuringia), he has been steering his subordinates safely and skillfully through the challenges of the turbulent Covid years. A matter close to his heart is the recruitment and training of young people: “Young people are our future. They need the chance to grow in a protected environment, to deepen theory and to try things out.”

The employees are looking forward to the addition of Holger to the Management Board. Inwerkers congratulated Holger Lexow on his new position. There were numerous words of appreciation during the internal announcement in July. Many applauded and heartfelt emojis from remote employees flooded the screen of the hybrid corporate conference. His extensive expertise and strategic vision will help to fuel Inwerken’s continuing development. With his focus on high-quality SAP consulting, sales, and customer satisfaction, while at the same time requiring lean management within the organizational structure, he now supports and enriches his fellow board members Frank Bachmann (main branch Isernhagen) and Rudolf Jost (branch Stuttgart).
