Hello everyone! We are Jannik and Daven, 18 years old. We started our training as IT specialists for system integration and application development on September 1st, 2023 at Inwerken. In the first 6 months at Inwerken we were able to gain a lot of experience and, thanks to the team support, acquired a lot of specialist knowledge.
Mentors as the key to success
The mentors Malte, Bastian and Leon regularly assist us, which ensures a pleasant team atmosphere. With them we have direct contacts for all our questions, even if the answers are sometimes obvious. They support us wherever they can. They also help us with the subjects at school so that we do well. The special thing about the mentors is that we interact with each other on a friendly basis and have a lot of fun together. This makes it easy for us to ask “nonsensical” questions.
Learning by Doing: Our learning Process at Inwerken
We have been able to learn a lot in the first few months. Every day we are getting more experienced and continue our learning process. We are constantly discovering new things. During our time at Inwerken we have been able to acquire extensive specialist knowledge, which is very useful to us in our professional lives. We have familiarized ourselves with a variety of technical terms, system processes and functions of hardware and software. This knowledge makes it easier for us to handle tasks in the support area. At Inwerken we appreciate the appropriate learning pace, especially in development, where we are given well-thought-out tasks that gradually introduce us to the various aspects of programming in ABAP. This makes us more familiar with the SAP system and understand the basics better, which helps us with more complex tasks. In addition, we are also given productive tasks that test our skills and allow us to grow.
Learning, Fun, Success
Having Inwerken as a training company is a lot of fun because the relaxed environment in the workplace ensures a strong learning curve and you always feel valued. The benefits at Inwerken include not only the great atmosphere but also the flexible working hours, which means we can perfectly combine our private life with our training.
