The module Employee Self Services enables you to streamline your HR processes and offer your employees easy access to internal services. SAP ESS enables internal company services such as payroll, employee search, personal data, company information and training opportunities to be easily and clearly provided.

The module can be easily integrated into the existing HCM. Furthermore, there is the option of adding MSS (Manager Self Services). This service is aimed at team leaders, department heads and line managers and helps with the monitoring of working hours, travel authorizations, employee evaluation and personnel requirements planning.
